Education Qualification
The applicant should have passed (10+2) examination, with a minimum 45% in aggregate with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and pass in English Core/English Elective for General Candidates. For SC/ST/OBC candidates, the marks obtained in the three core subjects shall be 40%. Candidates are also eligible from the State Open School recognized by the State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by the Central Government having Bio-Science subjects and English only. English is a compulsory subject in 10+2 for being eligible for admission to B.Sc. (Nursing).
Age & Sex
As per WBJEE instruction and only female candidate.
Nationality
- She should be citizen of India.
- She shall be a resident of West Bengal uninterruptedly for at least ten years, preceding the date of making the application for admission.
- The residential certificate should be issued by a Gazetted officer/MLA/ZillaParishad/Sabhadhipati/Mayor of Municipal Corporation.

Education
Passed 10+2 Examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and vernacular. Desirable performance as per WBJEE.
Medical Fitness
Candidate should be medically fit.
Selection Procedure
Selection will be based on WBJEE merit list and counselling.
Vacations & Holidays
As per norms laid down by West Bengal University of Health Sciences.
Examination
University examination will be conducted every year on the subjects covered.
Registration
The students who are declared successful in the final year examination are eligible for registration with the W.B.N.C. as Registered Nurse.
